No pain no gain !!

I sometimes over do it in the gym . Go hard or go home is my motto lol but in all honesty i used this tape to support my knee and right shoulder . Its definitely a 10 out of 10 it passed the shower test and helped me get all day comfort and support. Definitely will be buying more highly recommended things product.

Great tape!

Love that this tape is precut! I use it on my back and knees prior to running and it adheres to my skin without flaw. I do feel like it makes a difference in my overall pain.

Skin friendly tape !

Received this product yesterday and the quality is great. There is 20 precut strips in the box which is great for the price. And the precut strips will save the time. They are very easy to apply on skin. Very smooth. They are giving great support and so far they are sticking great. They are comfortable and stretch is great. Easy to remove.
